Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery

1..1 Dispatch of goods within 3 working days is normally achieved provided the order has been received by Senua Hydroponics during Working Days. This provision does not apply to Goods requiring special modification and orders which are too large to be despatched by Senua Hydroponics contracted carrier. Delivery will normally only be made to the Customer's registered address unless notified to Senua Hydroponics in writing beforehand.

2.First Class Post
Orders under 1kg will be despatched where reasonably practicable by first class post on the same working day as the order is received by Senua Hydroponics. During busy periods allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

3. Courier Delivery
All items over 1kg will be despatched where reasonably practicable within 3 working days of receiving order allow up to 7 working days for delivery

4.1 Carriage will be charged on orders involving Export at the appropriate rate prevailing at the date of despatch. Prior to the conclusion of the contract Senua Hydroponics will inform the customer the total amount to be debited.
4.2 The Customer is responsible at their own expense to obtain any import or export license or any other documentation deemed necessary by any compliant authority.

5. Transit Delays and Non Delivery
5.1 The Customer must inspect the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery or upon purchase from a store and shall within 14 days of such delivery or receipt give notice to the Customer Service Department of Senua Hydroponics of any apparent physical or delivery damage in the Goods.
5.2 Queries regarding shortages of Goods must be made within 14 days of delivery date and must be accompanied by the despatch note. Queries regarding Goods invoiced but not delivered must be made to the Customer Service Department of Senua Hydroponics within 14 days of invoice date and the invoice number must be quoted.
5.3 Senua Hydroponics shall not be liable to compensate the Trade Customer by way of damages or otherwise for nondelivery or late delivery of the Goods or any of them or for any loss consequential or otherwise arising from non-delivery or late delivery.
5.4 Conditions 5.1 to 5.3 inclusive do not affect the statutory rights of a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations, Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

Returns & Replacements

Unwanted goods - For unwanted goods Senua Hydroponics offers a 14-day return policy. 14 Day Return Policy
Our returns policy has been created to make the returning of unwanted or faulty goods easy and straight-forward for both you the customer, and for us.
To initiate a return the customer should email us to request a returns form, making sure that all the relevant information is given
Returns must be clearly marked with the following:
Full name and address
RMA# (if obtained)
Your order number or user ID
This will ensure that we are able to identify who the goods are from, and enable us to process the return more efficiently. We will not be able to process any goods returned to us without this identifying information.
What we expect from you, and what you can expect from us:
Goods returned for replacement or refund with an RMA# will take approximately 7 business days to be processed, whereas goods returned without RMA # will take up to 30 days to process.
All replacement and refund issues are resolved in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You are obliged by law to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase. If you return your goods you should also return the original packaging, together with all manuals, warranty cards and all accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Where you return goods to us, you may wish to consider insuring the goods that you are returning. We also suggest the use of a carrier that can provide a ‘proof of delivery'.
For all goods returned back to us, the shipping is always paid for by the Customer.
The internal documentation should include proof of purchase, the returned product must be complete, and in ‘as new' condition with original packaging. Certain product categories by their nature are exempt from the 14-day return policy; these would include for example software, cut cable, built kits, disco equipment and consumables. Senua Hydroponics will not accept the return under the 14-day return policy of any Goods that have had a manufacturers or suppliers warranty or registration invoked. Senua Hydroponics will deem such registration by the Customer as acceptance of the Goods.
Senua Hydroponics must receive all returns within 14 days of the Returns Number being issued and any Goods received after that period will be dealt with on an individual basis. The Customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items be suitably packaged, and that the Goods are protected when being returned. The Customer must provide to Senua Hydroponics proof of despatch to Senua Hydroponics In the event of Goods being returned without a previously allocated Return Number the processing of any claim by the Customer is likely to be delayed. Customers whose transactions are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations the 14-day returns policy will commence after the 14-day cooling off period.

Where unwanted Goods are returned to Senua Hydroponics after the expiry of the 14-day return period but within a reasonable period of time Senua Hydroponics reserves the right to levy a handling charge. A charge of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods returned, with a minimum charge of £10 will be levied on Goods which are not defective. The Customer must bear all the costs of returning any unwanted Goods to Senua Hydroponics and provide proof of delivery.
Faulty goods under Warranty - Any defects in the Goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by Senua Hydroponics either by repair or, at the sole discretion of Senua Hydroponics, by replacement or refund. Any claim for Goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Any claim for defective Goods or parts must be made in writing (specifying the date of purchase and invoice number) within a reasonable period of time after delivery.
All warranties and conditions which are capable of being excluded by statute or otherwise are excluded from any contract provided that nothing in the contract shall affect the statutory rights of the Consumer or liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Senua Hydroponics.
Warranty seals applied to any Goods supplied by Senua Hydroponics or our suppliers, must not be removed or broken and any product without the warranty seals intact or evidence of an item being opened will be deemed to have had any warranty invalidated and the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.
The warranty period as stated in 16.3 is from the date of purchase If goods are replaced within this warranty period, the warranty will continue from the original date of purchase unless specifically agreed otherwise by Senua Hydroponics in writing.
Conditions 7.1 to 7.7 inclusive do not affect the statutory rights of a Consumer under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or any statutory modification thereof.
‘B Grade Products' The B Grade Products are all clearance items; there are various product conditions for example:- New, boxed and end of line


Shopping online with Senua Hydroponics couldn’t be easier as we offer the following ways to pay:

Credit/Debit Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) and all transactions are processed using a secure server via Paypal.

Orders can also be shipped to an alternative address that is different to the billing address, just fill out the appropriate details at checkout, however, for fraud prevention, any orders that exceed £200 and need to be shipped to an alternative address, we will require photo ID and will contact you before the order is dispatched.


We also accept PayPal for online transactions, simply select this option at checkout and you’ll be transferred to PayPal to finalise the payment. For PayPal orders, we can only ship items to the account owners confirmed address.

Bank Transfer

For bank transfer payments please contact us by phone or through the contact us page. We will issue and invoice and send bank details. Orders made via bank transfer can be posted worldwide.

Please Note:
For large orders, these may need to be sent out on a pallet, but we will contact the buyer prior to dispatch to confirm arrangements.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept most methods of payment, including, bank payment, credit /debit card payments, Paypal, and Cash. All prices are inclusive of VAT. A VAT invoice can be provided upon request.


From time to time we offer promotions offering discount or free shipping and this is done with a coupon code that we email out in our news letter.

To get these you must subscribe to our news letter and you can do this during the registration process or logging into your account and subscribing.

Viewing Orders
You may order either on our website, through purchase order emailed or faxed to our office or by email.   We do not take orders over the phone, unless you have ordered from us before but we an send a paypal request to you.
Updating Account Information
Updating Account Information can be made by logging into your Senua Hydroponics account. You have the option to change your preferences such as name, address, email, username, password. You will also have the option to request a new password.
