Contactor Timer Panel

The Contactor Timer Panel enables scheduled operation of heavy load appliance without danger of timer contact burnout. As an electrical component, it must be installed by a qualified electrician or other competent professional to ensure compliance with relevant local regulations. Up to 12 & 16 appliances, with a combined total load (40 amps for the 12 way and 80 amps for the 16 way.)  can be plugged into the panel and scheduled synchronously over a 24-hour period. The timer has 96 fifteen-minute on/off segments, and can be set to “timed”, “continuously on” or “continuously off”. This mechanical timer is easy to set in 15-minute intervals, and the relay switch safely powers HID lights without risking power surges or overloading the timer. The lightweight, versatile power bars can handle up to 13 Amps each (available in 4-way and 8-way configurations). For optimal efficiency, we recommend the following load limits per 4-socket power bar: 3 x 600W lights per bar 4 x 400W lights per bar 4 x 315W lights per bar To set up, simply press the timer pins down to mark the “ON” periods, set the ON/OFF switch to “timer” mode, plug your ballasts into the 4-socket power bars, and connect both contactor timer plugs to two separate 13 Amp mains supply sockets.
